4月4日就是兒童節了,今天這道植物肉料理-快樂兒童堡,不僅可以讓孩子,愛護動物、少吃一頓肉食,也為地球減碳儘一份心力,環保又極富教育的意義!快約孩子一起動手做料理,一起素食料理簡單做吧!​

 

●主食食材:(5人份)

新豬肉 ​​​ 1包
麵包粉   150克​
大白菜  70克​
植物奶 ​ 50CC​
西洋芹 ​​  50克
漢堡麵包  5個
純素起司片 5片​
番茄   2顆​
香椿醬 ​ 少許
義式香草、黑胡椒粒​​  適量​
番茄醬、純素美乃滋  適量​
糖、鹽、油 ​ 適量

 

●素食料理簡單做 開始!

【刀工/前處理】

1.大白菜取梗的部位,切1公分丁。​

2.西洋芹切0.5公分丁。

3.番茄切1公分厚片。​​​

【調理作法】

步驟一:熱鍋,將大白菜、西洋芹炒軟,備用。​ ​​

步驟二:麵包粉50克+牛奶50CC混和,備用。​​​

步驟三:新豬肉倒入盆中,加入步驟1炒好的蔬菜、泡軟的麵包粉、黑胡椒粒、鹽、糖、香椿醬、義式香草,充分拌勻。​​ ​​

步驟四:將拌好的餡料,平均分成5-6等份,塑型成直徑8公分大小的圓餅狀,放入冷凍庫30分鐘定型。​ ​​

步驟五:取出定型的漢堡排,用平底鍋雙面煎上色備用。​​

步驟六:番茄片略煎上色(稍微煎一下)。​​​ ​​

步驟七:漢堡麵包用烤箱烤熱,打開麵包抹上美奶滋,依序夾入漢堡排、番茄醬、起司片、番茄片。​​​​ ​​

【特別說明】

1.可以依喜好,變化麵包種類,或加入漢堡中的配料、醬料等等。​

April 4th is Children’s Day. Today’s plant-based burger is a Happy Meal for children. Having one meal of vegetarian food today can not only enable children to send sympathy for animals but also contribute to the planet’s carbon reduction. This meal is environmentally friendly as well as very educational. Invite your kids to join. Let’s make vegetarian burger together!

 

🥣Ingredients : (For 4 people)

▪️A pack of Omnipork

​ ▪️Breadcrumbs ​ 150g​

▪️Chinese cabbage 70g

▪️Plant milk ​ 50CC​

▪️Celery ​ 50g​

▪️Five Hamburger ​

▪️Five Vegan cheddar slices

▪️Two Tomatos ▪️Chinese toon sauce ​ , a little

​▪️Italian herbs、Black pepper ​ , adequate amount​

▪️Ketchup、Vegan mayonnaise ​ , adequate amount​​

▪️Sugar、Salt、Oil ​ , adequate amount

 

​​ 🥣Cooking steps:

【Cutting/Beforehand preparation】

1. Take the stalk of Chinese cabbage and dice into 1 cm lengthwise.

2. Cut celery into 0.5 cm cubes.

3. Cut a tomato into 1 cm slices.

【Cooking】

1. Preheat the pan; sauté Chinese cabbage & celery until softened, and then set aside.

2. Mix 50 grams of bread crumbs with 50cc of milk for later use.

3. Pour the Omnipork into a pot; add the stir-fried vegetables in step 1, soaked bread crumbs, black pepper, salt, sugar, toon sauce, and Italian herbs, and then mix well.

4. Divide the mixed filling into 5-6 equal parts; pat each into a round shape with a diameter of 8 cm, and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.

5. Take out the shaped vegan steaks and fry on both sides in a pan until slightly brown.

6. Fry the tomato slices (slightly).

7. Bake the burger buns in the oven; open the buns and spread them with mayonnaise, and then place the vegan steaks, tomato sauce, cheese slices, and tomato slices in sequence.

8. The burgers are ready to be served!

 

【Special Note】

1. You can change the type of bread as you like, or add different ingredients, sauces, etc. to the burger.
